Congratulations on an Epic Chapter One (356 days) and Chapter Two (an additional 356 days) you both have created an adventure that has me crying thinking about all the things you have tried and accomplished!!! It’s interesting how one project helped build the next. The military truck seems to be the real start of the mountain adventure. Adding the dump feature was genius.

There is no way we could have done most of these projects without the army truck. It was a scary purchase at the time and a long drive to get it here, but so worth it!

It’s easy to laud you both for your skill sets, work ethic, creativity, etc. What really comes through to me is your Joie De Vivre that shines like a golden sun in all your videos. I can attest to the fact that you come from good stock and you found each other in college where you were able to start a business tricking out Rubicon’s for rock crawling. You have honed your skill with power tools, large equipment and ingenuity. You have brought nearly a half a million subscribers along for the ride. Rather than a photo album you are leaving your family a library of videos showing how to be independent and self reliant in a world that is increasingly not self-reliant. Kudos for a job well done. Excellent review of a back busting a$$ kicking job. It does show what just two people can do with enough time, resources, and some handy heavy equpment to get you over those jobs that could break your back. All an all a great achievement. You 2 kids have done a terriffic job creating your dream home and shop. I wish I had been able to accomplish such a wonderful place. I have been along with you since just an you started the construction of the house/shop and I have felt like I have been right there with you. For me to attempt such a feat is not even possible at my age but you have made me feel like I was right there helping. I especially enjoyed the heavy equipment sections mainly because I am a retired HD mechanic and I also dabbled in design and fabrication of some equipment attachments. Please continue your escapades, I will continue watching and "helping".

How awesome you guys can come a long ways I’ve been with you since the beginning of this whole thing I believe it really looks good. I just recently bought my tiny home and I’m doing some remodeling on the inside slowly but surely I’m even thinking about building my own cabinets, I’m going out with the open concept of the upper cabinets which means open shelf no doors and I really like that idea but yeah, you guys have come along ways in such a short amount of time. I look forward to seeing with his next years going to take you, keep up the good work you’re an inspiration to me as well

You guys embody one of my favorite sayings. "How do you eat and elephant? One bite at a time." If you were to look at the end goal, it would seem like an impossible task. You start small and bit by bit you get closer to your goals. You started in a truck camper? Then created a post beam garage for it. Then built a loft apartment in it. A road to it. A shop below your apartment. A solar array. Most recently a covered container storage.

What I see, beyond the ridiculous amount of accomplishment in the making of this absolutely wonderful home, is how lucky you both are to have each other to share the experience with. All the ups and the downs, the laugters and the tears. That, IMHO, is what's most precious and truly priceless. I watched every video as you released it, and was impressed. Seeing the build at high speed is incredible. You pretty much covered most of the building trades, including design. Seeing the two of you build that building in the little time it took is magic. Considering the video work, working with vendors, and all the behind the scenes work, plus having a baby is beyond description. Happy New Year special people!
