Here is a possible explaination of white moving while time has been stopped: IF teleportation moves you to any point in the XYZ axis, only three dementions are needed. You could do this without time moving, as the fourth dimention is not used for the teleportation. Thus, you could move - with teleportation - without time. This is just theoretical, and something someone not even to high school made up (Me). So, this might not work, but if it does, then this explains how white moved with time stopped.
