I realized what Agent Number 555, Black, or Commander from Season 1 who was he/she and where did he/she comes from. Commander is the superhuman agent or cured enhanced zombie coming from Polis or elsewhere. The ship from season 1 was basically an experimental ship as we can know from the Reactor room. I am sure that NO. 333 and 888 were supposed to be agents for the Zombie Project.
