Ingredients:
• Egg yolks - 2 pcs.
• Salt - half a teaspoon
• Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet (8g)
• Sugar - 50 g
• Sour cream - 200 gr
• Butter or margarine - 150 g (soft, room temperature)
• Premium wheat flour - 480-550g +/- (sifted) (type 500-550)
• Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Filling:
• Walnuts - 250g (chopped)
• Sugar - 100g
• Egg whites - 2 pcs.
For sprinkling:
Powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon
The dough should be soft and not sticky.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.
