Well he is not doing this for free nor shoukd he its one if tge great things about youtube. in a world where technology can be used to spy on and control, and do great harm. It also enables people to share information like this and be able to earn a living. Depending on the amount of subscribers youtube can be quite lucrative. So it enables someone like me who does not have very much money to be able to get information like this. Its sad that some people use it to just spread hate and misinformation.

His online resources are an incredible tool. Highly beneficial for someone with a disorder snd thoughtful with so many additional resources. I took notes for a bit but found transcripts. I couldn't balance content for my viewers that serves them well and is paid for by ad companies he has to appease to keep it all free, and cross promote on podcasts too. Research? Teaching formal class? I'm learning to focus on two things and neither of them are brain science. There's a huge gulf between what he knows and what we learn here.

Hooked. Thank you so much for a great listen! Andrew Huberman is my inspiration these days. I enjoyed and appreciated your interview with him. I saw him in a bit of a different, more personal light (I suppose that what a good interviewer does). Topics of the interview were interesting and informative, funny and weird (in a good way); but that’s not what struck me most. It was the intimacy, the obvious extreme level of mutual respect, admiration and friendship that really set the tone. I’ve only just met you, Lex for the first time tonight - listening to your interview with Andrew- and I hope to hear much more from you in the future. I listen to Andrew’s podcast regularly and plan to add you to my “listen-list.” In closing, I don’t want to be too sentimental, but dang... y’all ended the interview on a real “Kumbaya” note. Using this method, I can land within 30 mins. of whatever time I wish to wake up. Liberating myself from the mechanical commands of an alarm clock has had a measurably positive effect on my quality of sleep and overall cognitive function. Total game changer.

I have attempted to meditate many times in my life and prior to this CD the only success I've experienced is with live guided meditation. ukposts.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq This is the first CD I've used that cuts through my unmedicated ADHD and enables me to truly relax and experience a quiet and energizing interval. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

Time stamp: 1:27:30 Very interesting when he discusses "why we quit" with reference to the experiment of the animal running when altering the visuals to make them think they are not getting anywhere... I notice this when I run, if I am doing loops on a track, it seems so much harder to keep going ever lap, yet when I'm on a beautiful trail and see my progress through the forest, running 5+ miles is a breeze. Fascinating.

Lex, you are making superb podcasts, and helping so many people to broaden their horizons. Please don’t be discouraged by some negative reactions “on the internet”, as there will forever be trolling out there - but those are completely overshadowed by the immense positive reactions you get. Please keep posting these god-given presents to us all.

You guys continue to inspire young generations to not only want to learn scientific material regarding human nature, but to teach as well and essentially give such 'lollipop moments' to one another as a society. Teaching in a conversational manner, is super inspiring and you guys are definitely the first of the wave for such a naturalistic methodology of pedagogy.

What is really interesting is that I developed the 2-1 breath while running quite naturally. I always knew that I had found my rhythm when I started doing this breathing pattern - but now I know why!

Thank you for sharing your fears so openly. It is inspiring to hear someone I admire express their concerns. On a different note, when I used to counsel people a common fear was that someone didn't like them or something they were trying to do. Because people are different not everyone will like us or what we do. The only people I would pay heed to would be those that I admire and trust.

48:56 I used to run long distance cross country for school in my early teens. How Andrew describes the pattern of inhalation is exactly how I used to control my breathing. The break in inhaling would be marked by the contact of my foot on the floor and the exhale would carry over 2 steps.

Such a great conversation to listen in. To hear 2 brilliant people condense complex topics into understandable and useful bites: helps me so much. I especially appreciate understanding the physiology of sleep that explains why I have moments of irrational irritability- “looking at the word ‘the’ and feeling pissed off.

I was driving home deep in thought about my chronic fatigue. I randomly turned on this podcast and it’s fascinating. I’m now lying in bed with my feet elevated and I’m going to try a 30 minute nap Andrew mentioned. Circadian rhythm is a tough one to reset. I know the naps I take occasionally affect me at work (when I can’t nap). I’m just so tired of being tired. Great conversation today!
