@Rantius where I think I'm messing up is building too fast and not paying enough attention to AI quests to help offset my spending. Really, I'm sure, I'm just getting too ahead of myself.

@@patrickw2498 Ah ok gotcha! More than likely that's the case, so you should be able to turn it around no problem :)

Back when I started Anno I always felt overproducing goods was the best way of playing. Want until I had burned through all my money that I realized it has to be a healthy balance. That and what goods to sell. The Docklands help a ton in that regard, so I hope to build the main wharf soon!
