@@maryoop7920 he went to Vienna as a last resort to try and make a living from his music again. It worked for a little bit as the emperor would host Vivaldi but after the emperor died Vivaldi had trouble making a living and died in poverty around a year later. He died of an internal infection. The music taste had changed and Vivaldi and many others were struggling as a part of this. He also had severe asthma and couldn't even recite the mass because his chest would tighten up. It's very sad but I can imagine his smile knowing millions of people are listening to his music now

He first establishes a melodic idea (Sometimes it is just arpeggios in the strings) and Develops it with a circle of fifth progression and then he writes a few variations on that. His music lacks depth and is predictable. The opera world doesn't care about his operas either (Famous singers don't sing it). His Sacred vocal works never reached the height of those of Bach, Mozart, and Handel. Mozart wrote better music when he was Kid that Vivaldi when he was middle-aged. Listen to Mozart's Motet in G Minor(8years old, Missa Brevis In D Minor(12 Years Old), Missa Solemnis In C Minor (12 years old). Vivaldi is Just a mediocrity.
