I feel like a good answer for the question where Jared brings up 'Salmon Dean' could be answered in a way like this..... dean has always had a hatred for John and he thought of chuck(god) being this missing father so he is angry. But sam didnt think much about that. Sam always had dean to be like a father for him when John was gone so sam doesnt completely understand what dean had gone through emotionally. John always made sure that sam was safe but Dean was just a soldier to him. so dean has the abandonment from god crossed over with his lack of love from john so he shows hatred towards things making him very angry. Sam didnt feel those sam feelings that dean did and if he did he always knew that something good would come out of it. so sam is okay with it a bit

Either way, I think it's safe to say that queer guys make the best fathers and husbands! Which is a tad annoying, but then again not so strange at all. They're lucky to have such a good balance with the "partner in life" -- kinda old-school though, to view "life" as a separate space from "afterlife." I personally would wanna just be seen as one individual. "What do you mean, queer" - it's there... how they talk about invisibility for instance (feeling "seen" by something someone writes in a TV script, which they then use to express what they normally couldn't).
