I’ve been saying this for years now, we need a PvE mode with lower stakes so people can learn the ropes of the game and try out new things. Give us aegis upgrades for the legends too, let us use tricked out and OP versions of them.

I noticed that the way "Newcastle" holding the Specter back for bangalore to stab it at 1:52 is exactly like how jackson did to the pilot in "Gridiron", so that's why bangalore surprised and doubt if Newcastle is actually her brother. Good attention to detail 👍

I absolutely love Fuse' character, by far my favourite. As much as the animation team for the trailers is now vastly different, they nailed it in capturing Fuse's personality for the small amount of screen-time he was on there.

I'm wondering if he will also have some sort of tackle ability. It was shown here when he tackles the spectre and in the Stories from the Outlands when he moves the table. Now sure, it could be any normal thing just for show, but they added a sort of effect around Newcastle whenever he does it, making me think it's an ability of sorts

Ahhh i love the apex animated launch trailers. So many in game references. running of out of ammo and using melee to finish your opponents during close quarter fights with multiple squads and dying seconds after hotdropping, Fuse ult being useless and last but not least Octane rushing to his death.

TBH, carrying enemy teamates in Fortnite is an amazing mechanic and can trigger "hostage" scenarios. APEX should def allow you to do the same.

Seeing this. Man. It would of been cool if Storm Point would of had a boss. Idk maybe something that moved around the map to certain areas, stayed for a time then moved on. It could move between places that aren't hot drop spots, that way squads don't get insta wiped at the start. Then it also encourages players to move to places that aren't super popular. Something strong enough it almost takes 2 decent squads to take out. Doesn't regen health as it moves so at some point a squad would take it out. And drops a generous amount of loot but not OP (idk a couple gold guns, a set of all gold equipment, rez shield, backpack, helmet, armor.) It would of been cool.

This is why apex is ahead of any other battle royale game because the story telling and the background and the history between all the legends makes it really unique they are the only ones who actually have a story and background for each character of the game

I love how Newcastle and Bangalore finish the final guard in the vault the same way they killed the pilot in the gridiron cinematic. It's a nice reference and you can see in Anita's reaction she's already putting it together.

Its amazing to see them all fighting together. Imagine how awesome a Co-op vs AI mode would be, with waves of wildlife (and Spectres) incoming and a huge boss fight in the end.

Mirage just makes these trailers. That base line of comedy he bring just makes me happy and laugh. Deffo need a more coop based mode, defensive/ survival orientated. JACKSON- its go time!

Tbh, not much of a story & no apex fan would really be able to tell you about it... You like to shoot stuff, you like a challenge and you love it when you win & it says "CHAMPION". Lots of franchises are popular because of the gameplay not story. Halo did it best but it's been going downhill since H3. Call of duty, League, Overwatch, rainbow six, etc. It's about the gameplay & your experience, not the cinematics. These cutscenes are just hype & not much else. You're an easy consumer to please then, one trailer and they pulled you back in lol.

What I see is apex is some creation that became unexpectedly good with time!
