@@praveen3018 i am not sure that i got your point completely sorry but may i give you an example? i started training at home. Pull-ups, push-ups, dips, etc. Then i added weights. 5,10,15 kilos. Lot of reps. 20+. Then i went to the gym and did 100 kg bench press for 4 or 5 times. I am not sure how many exactly it was quite a long ago. It was first time and I never trained doing bench pressing before. And bench pressing also requires proper techniques. Was i untrained? Of course, no. Thats it.
