Welcome along to the Apothecary! Some of you might have been here for the very first potion brewing roleplay I did and may also recognize the somewhat familiar face :D
While the potion brewing video may not have been the most viewed, it had some very passionate viewers who have emailed me and messaged me, more than a few times over the years - asking for a follow up. By way of an apology as to the lateness and also to honour the kindness and selfishness of these people (who spend some of their time, watching my videos!), I wanted to do something a bit special! I reached out to an amazing ambient sound/video creator called @RainRiderAmbience and asked if she would commission me an open fire / medieval themed background. Now this amazing lady makes the most relaxing and gorgeous set designs and I am honestly so so grateful to her for putting together a background that was literally custom made for this video. Please do check out her channel and enjoy the incredibly relaxing ambience :D
I hadn't actually realised how much of the camera's view, was taken up by my silly face and props in this video and I want you all to appreciate and enjoy the background! So as a token of my appreciation, i've left a touch over an hour of just room footage with the gorgeous crackling fire to help you sleep :D

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.
