Unfortunately these manufactured, non playing commentators are all the same and are particularly bad when alone. The job criteria seems to include, having no expertise other than watching tennis. Treating the viewer as though they are stupid by describing what happens on the exact screen we are watching. Putting endless stats and numbers at every opportunity, usually about matches in other tournaments, often years earlier. Linked to this is Googling information as they are commentating for something to say. Using infantile psychobabble. The ex-player commentators aren't much better. Don't get me started on 'let tell you how much I know' Sam Smith and the male version Pete Odgens.

I thought Aryna played well, finally changing from a constant "See ball, hit it," plan. The drop shots surprised me, It's unfortunate that Russian and Belarus players will not be able to compete at Wimbledon. It's not a question of "fairness." The fact that none of these players will be playing at Wimbledon because of the Russian invasion of the Ukraine will hopefully be noticed due to the huge coverage of this tournament by the Russian public. The Russian government will probably not allow their networks to cover the event. More things on which to ponder by the Russian population.

Badosa played really good, but today Sabalenka was a wall, she returned everything. You will know this if you've watched the whole match(definately her best match of the season). And about the FO we'll see. You can't know that. It's not a good idea to think that she can't change the way she plays for the diferent tournaments and that she's going to play always the same way. I'm sure she will win a GS, don't know when, but she will( Hoppefully FO this year).I mean, she's #2 in the world, and if she's #2 in the world is for something, not just luck. Doubing if #2 in the world can win a GS Slam makes no sense at all

Well, if she keeps screaming like a wounded donkey, she might intimidate Iga and win. That said, I still think banning a few players out of Wimbledon, based solely on their nationality, is an outrage. Wimbledon should be boycotted and sued by those players.
