The Airwirl you got is counterfeit!! I got mine off their website and mine doesn't look at all like yours!! The real one has a plug port on the lid so you can plug it in to run it when you don't use batteries!! The real one costs $159 !!

The airwirl you have in this video is the counterfeit. The actual airwirl is $150, a lot of people have bought this counterfeit one and airwirl get calls for support on it and have to tell them its a counterfeit.

Went to Tanger outlet today in Riverhead ny. Went in only one store, as seen on TV. Apparently they or the outlet hacks your phone. When got home my wifi was deleted, when reconnected was notified phone had virus and tracking cookies installed. Now as seen on TV pops up on my feed. Learned my lesson.

About the chill chest, you will never take it full on a beach because it will be heavy and you will never drink all these softdrinks. I think it's only useful for a barbecue in the yard to avoid go inside for the refrigerator.

Would the air whirl work better if there is some water added into the ice? The fact that it draws air from the surrounding (which could be really hot air) had me doubting that the ice would be able to cool the air enough. Too little and too short a time in contact with the coolant to cool the intake air. There has to be a longer channel where the air intake goes through and spends some time inside in contact with the coolant for the air to be sufficiently cooled down. Also as you mentioned, the suction fan is underpowered.

By definition a 'cooler' should actually cool things not 'keep them cool'. That is not a cooler or 'chill chest' it's simply an insulated box. Proper coolers cool by evaporation/thermal exchange.

The thing about the "chill chest" is that you need to have already chilled all your drinks in the fridge, which kinda negates the point of it being a cooler. It's basically just a big can coozy.

Chill chest is worthless without having something already chilled put in it. It can lower the temperature of something that is warmer than ambient temperatures by shading it from the external heat.
