For 2 or 3 months I have watched these videos while falling asleep. I would say 5-6 evenings per week. I fall asleep so much faster these days. Usually in 10-20 minutes. Rebecca was the first ever ASMR artist I started to watch. I have since tried to watch and listen many ASMR artists but none of them are working for me. There is something magical in you Rebecca. Thank you so much for helping me to fall sleep. Your videos are very precious part of my routines.

love that u also do asmr without make up sometimes. Really gives younger girls the courage to not feel like they‘re supposed to wear make up all the time because of social media influence these days.
