Alright, so I have developed the perfect formula for falling asleep to her vids Step 1: Go through her shorts and just binge through the whole thing. This forces you to change videos every 30 seconds and is mainly focus games Step 2: Then go watch her full videos in a certain order. You want to make sure you are watching it in an order to avoid repetition. Once you start losing your focus on the videos, you can go to the 3rd step Step 3: Go onto videos like this one that are longer and you also don’t need to have your eyes open. If you just listen to the video and have your phone off, you will fall asleep to the first video 90% of the time Me using these 3 steps has saved my sleep schedule multiple times and I hope it helps you guys :)
