I bought an expensive ROG phone earlier in the year. The screen started failing after 6 months and ASUS refused to replace it, either under warranty or as a normal repair. Shocking customer service!

Im annoyed at the fact that I needed to order the air dock thing separately on the normal version since the Pro and Ultimate edition wasnt available where I am. Apart from that, phone is amazing!

I was wondering if somebody could help with a couple of issues I heard that on the tencent version there's no motion controls and maybe some other stuff might be missing and that only the global version or the ultimate edition has motion controls and also that the cooler case when plugged in especially if using the back triggers with them all drain the battery more quickly as I'm about to purchase this phone but these issues concern me

I am planning to get this one . But I am worried about the durability of it. Because it bent and broke from the antenna line very quickly with a small bend . I will use it with the aero case . So should I be worried about the durability ?? Because I will use this phone for 4 to 5 years.

I bought the rog 5 second hand and it's so great. You can buy it seconds hand since the battery life is so good. It also has a great camera, great sound, great mic. Since I got mine second hand it came already with a pop-socket on and it's much recommended since the phone is so big and heavy. Even if you don't game on your phone much i would still recommend it!

I can't believe you prefer a notch or punch over an all screen device. Nothing worse than an interrupted display and no headphone jack. The jack and display are the main reason I got this device. The stereo speakers were also a factor.

Hey bro fellow American here, I bought this phone and the Nubia red magic 6 pro, and if I’m being honest for about 400-500$ cheaper the Nubia was way better, all same spect but with the 500hz touch sensitivity response, along with up to 165hz refresh rate also after about 4 months of use the rog just gave out!!! Food for thought my friend!!!

Wala ako masyado alam sa phone, pero may nagbebenta asus rog 5 basic 12gb ram 128gb rom. Tencent sya china rom to flash global. 35k benta napapaisip ako kasi 50k ang 16gb ram at 256gb rom mas suilt ang asus rog 5 ultimate. Anu po ba problema ng asus rog 5 tencent china rom bakit mura benta sir?
