That could've been so much easier alone. First of course would be having a cordless nailer but a close 2nd would be a 6' or 8' step ladder instead of 4'. Looks like 9' ceiling so with the attic access door resting on an 8' ladder, it would be very close to where it goes already. Working alone on stuff like this requires being intelligent and having the right tools for the job

Definitely always make sure you’ve got at least one loop of a cord around your leg before you start up a step ladder with a heavy object. Also, I hope you secured that attic ladder with something stronger than finishing nails.

You drop the stairs down and shim from the top as usual. You can't tell but you shove the hinge side against the framing and run bolts in. This is how the pros do it, with out the foot action. Short ladder. We used the gas powered. Hang doors the same way.

Кто то посоветовал висеть на турнике . Спина , то болит ,то не болит . Когда не болела думаю дай попробую подтянусь . Повис и шарики за ролики зашли . В голове треск , спина в пояснице заболела так , что из глаз искры посыпались . Плечи ломит . Надо подтягиваться , а меня боль сковала . Где-то через месяц уже мог нормально висеть без боли . Чуть позже смог подтянуться 10 раз . И забил на это дело . Спина же не болит . Беда в том что надо постоянно делать зарядку . А я делаю когда прижмёт . Пробуй может поможет . С турника не спрыгивай , а плавно опускайся на ноги . Коснулся носками пола , зафиксировал и на всю ступню вставай . Пробуй .

There are a number of reasons why he's on his own. Lots of times, it's about how much the bid is, bid in a helper if it's called for. I doubt no one can say that they've never been on a ladder wrong. If you haven't, you may not have been in construction. I'm not saying it's right. Ladder training is needed in a company. Speaking of which, I had a co-worker who broke his hand on an extension ladder while working alone. He had just had a baby and was put on medical disability for months on the small companies dime. This is something to think about when you're on a ladder.
