how poetic is it that augusts' punishment is for him to be trapped in what he once thought was a dream. amazing and sara deserves better

I was so upset at the ending but I loved their love story. I am happy I got to experience it but upset it didn't last.

What makes YR stand out from other shows, is their realistic balance in the characters: no one is purely good or evil. Sara & August influence each other positively, and I see a lot of potential for a strong, long-term relationsship here, especially when August reflects on Sara's last words to him. She is right, he loves the way she makes him leave the comfort zone & open up to her about things he would not share with anyone else. But he is not there yet. Talking freely about how HE feels is not enough. He needs to make her feel that she can also share how SHE feels, by asking her how she feels, what she dreams of etc. rather than assuming these things. Ask, listen, understand - and she'll be yours... Wille asks Simon all the time how he feels, and he listens - and vice versa. That's why their bond is so strong, they have a genuine interest in each others' well-being. I can see August & Sara together in the future. Both need to first mature, miss each other and reflect. And then... the sky is the limit. Looking forward to a double wedding in the Royal Palace 🥰🌹🌹💜💕💕💜

august had the best character development in the entire show!

I liked them together. And I am upset that they didnˋt end um togehter. But on the other hand I Really liked that because Sarah Choose her brother and best friend over her relationship and I think that is a Good Choice.Especially because she let him know that she really loved him und he Knows what they had was Special. Both have to grow and will find somebody.

They deserve a separate webseries for themselves

THEY SHOULD ENDING UP TOGETHER😭😭😭 omg I can’t believe it still. They were so right for each other plus August's character development was so gooood!!! Every episode fell even more on him🫠 This season was the season where we saw and understood him in the best way, but it shouldn't have ended that way😭 He definitely deserved an ending with Sara. When she said in the party “it’s over.” I felt broken too much, that was very unfair!!! I cried too when August cried and I want to accept it as if that scene never happened. This end fr traumatised me, sorry.❤️‍🩹

lisa really changed my mindset about august. we all hated him in s2 but he was going through something personal and i genuinely believe that he was in love with sara. i lowkey shipped them and i was so emotional when she broke up with him in s3

Omg thanks for this edit! I love how you pieced their story together. Their entire relationship was great to watch from start to end. Truthfully Sara could never have been queen with him, nothing in her personality suggests that's what she wants. It wouldn't be good for August to depend on her like a drug either. But August has what it takes to be king. Though he is at the point where he is questioning who he is and what the monarchy means and he'll definitely need therapy, Sara has shown him the better person that he can be. It seems like a bad ending for August, but I don't know, I think he has grown and will continue to grow. Sara and August, though separate now, will be okay.

I truly believe that August loved her. I think he gave her all that he could give… But what he could give was not healthy. They could’ve been beautiful but August has a long long long road ahead of becoming a person worthy enough for Sara
