Its a review and first impressions. Sometimes I will point out a negative or two but normally products I dont like I dont post the review. My goal isn't to trash products but to promote reviews on products I like. Products that will improve peoples lives due to great features, quality or value. There is soooo many products I started to review and then just canceled the video, never uploading it. Little clue I tend to post a video every other day, if I skip a day it means I didnt have a upload que and started a product I didnt like.

review is different on promotion, dont even call it review, "promote review" whats that duality? haha

This one has many color options but as seen in video. For color changing you cant beat the Alienware amzn.to/3FhqnMY where you can make any key any color and even different effects on different keys at the same time.

If purchased new from Amazon I would arrange a return exchange with them, If you just got it new it still would be returnable with amazon. Mine is still working great but perhaps you got a defective one. Was it new from Amazon?

Sorry I review allot of keyboards and I cant find this one at first glance. Quicker way would be to just buy one off the link (its not expensive) and if it doesnt meet your needs you can reurn it to amazon. Also the link may have just the tech details your looking for.

There should be some instructions (diffrent models may have differnt features / instructions) but try pressing "FN and Page down" thats a common one.

OH I should add While Mine can do raindow lighting this may of been sold as several varations with diffrent lighting options

Its a lower price keyboard. Personally I would just buy another one with new switches. I have changed switches in keyboards before and to change the actual key (not just key cap) is a time-consuming and expensive experience. You can just buy a new one for less.
