Ya, lazy of them. VERY lazy. It should have been scaled. Like 2k of each resource for 1v1 player; 6k for 2v2; 12k for 3v3. Or something like that. It's like 1/3rd of the victory conditions doesn't exist.

@@Colphin It was an all-around great play. Distraction, forcing Viper to spread out his units to pin them down, pulling villagers away from their jobs, and generally just creating confusion and screwing with decision-making for Viper. I think Aussie was just so focused on the Abbey that he assumed Kaup wouldn't be using disposable units anymore.

I think it beautifully depicted the film of Fury where 1 American tank with just 4 crew managed to hold off the entire SS German Batallion from attacking the supply route. Those scout and horseman may died but their efforts bring enough time for Kaup to prepare.😂❤

Viper could've "shifted" his traders here by making a wall/palisade to redirect them to the back edge of the map. Not as efficient, but would've been safer

Yeah he never really needed those traders anyways, always had close to 5K gold mid-late game. Could have had more pop go into an army. Def had a spawn advantage considering the starting point gave him 60% of the map.

Greedy! Could've put the market in the South corner; would've been much safer!

Maybe in AOE2 where he is a master. He isn't that great in AOE4. AOE2 is much more techinal as well.

@@HIIIBEAR Possibly it could be an upgrade option on outposts so it’s not so freely available, and standard on keeps, as they’re a larger investment.

Might make the English tower rush even more oppressive haha. Same with just making it out of combat, honestly. Iono. I feel like increase the range and maybe reduce the out of combat timer from a full 15 seconds, and that might be fine.

@@Cyrribrae It’s still way back away from anywhere it would be useful. England are one of the less mobile civs as well. Like I said, make it an upgrade on the tower so it’s not useable in a rush, could even make it an age 3 upgrade on towers and make the tower unable to fire or garrison units.. or, if that truly won’t work, make it available on keeps.

Ohh, nice. If you mean a inward V this could work. I would have springalds on either sides with a gate to slide them in and out to snipe the trebs while berkshire and keep gets any troops trying to close the gap. If you play against a good opponent he will switch to mass bombards and tear down everything at second try so I would just wait until he gets there, once he starts attacking I would rush him with mass cavalry. He will need min 60pop dedicated to siege that you will have in offense. Depending how late game this is I would commit and kill some villagers too. Ill def try this tonight when I get home Edit: lmao I just read this and this sounds so toxic ^^
