I have this same thought every time I come across an interview of his!

He says in many interviews that he has tools now to deal with his shyness which he learnt while working and through acting classes. That’s how he deals with it. It’s inspirational as he consistently put in the work to improve himself and didn’t let his shy nature be a hurdle in his success. He also says he isn’t shy when he’s portraying someone else so that way he can act as an extrovert even though he isn’t.

He has a bunch of tools he utilises. I recall an interview where he says “you can’t be other conscious and self conscious at the same time” so by focusing on the other person he takes the anxiety off himself
