The staging was excellent as well, that is how you put on a performance. It had the right amount of drama and the dancers were not idiotic like on shows like The Masked Singer or how The Voice used to be. What really loved was the lighting and how it went along with what was being played and that endless white carpet of light that she went out onto.

Every artist use autotune, this doesn't mean that they can't sing, autotune is just to make the voice sounds even better and without little mistakes

The big difference is because some artist use a lot of autotune, you can tell when they are using a lot of autotune because their voices sounds really robotic. And others artist doesn't use to much

Everyone uses digital audio editing in the end, I.e you don’t have to give too much thought into staying on beat, they can easily readjust that later or something that’s off can be prolonged, slowed down or sped up. A concert on the other hand isn’t only singing but also entertaining the crowd, that takes energy. Now I don’t know about you but singing that way in comparison to sitting in a chair while singing and having the time to adjust will produce immensely different results. I wouldn’t use a live performance to judge someone’s unedited singing voice. Prefer doing that if they’re singing live for a radio I.e (where they can just sit down and don’t have to worry about dancing etc)
