My first concert ever was during the Adore tour. I got to be a part of one of the nights at Radio City Music Hall. I gained a whole new respect and love for that album, from that night forward. I especially appreciated the 3 man percussion ensemble. I still tap the general beat I heard during their interlude showcase, all these years later. As cool as that was, I can only imagine of the memories I would've walked away with, from the same songs, but in such a bare and intimate setting as the Viper Room. I was able to experience some of that years later at Tramps, but, a man and an acoustic guitar....so much more than the sum of its parts. Thank you Billy, for so many years of the emotional ties that bind.

I’ll tell ya what Billy needs to release as his next big Smashing Pumpkins album... an all acoustic album of all his big hits, that album would sell like hot cakes! There are acoustic versions of most of their hits, but they are scattered and one album with all of them would be amazing. Also a cover of a classic 80’s song like “Love Song” by the Cure for a single.
