It was 1973 and I was in the navy and while standing in an office on base, I suddenly became aware of myself floating above myself and aware of both of “me’s”… my learned friend I was with saw the shock on my face as we left and I explained what had happened… he said “come with me” and handed me a copy of Be Here Now…50 years later I am renewing interest in Ram Dass as I resolve this nonduality and Being… this UKposts allows us to hear Richard as he spoke and experience his passion… last night at 2 AM this video suddenly appeared and played… my guess is it’s life changing… pretty cool if you were to ask me… thanks for putting this out for me…

What a gift from the universe not only to have had Ram Dass but also to have UKposts offer it up to us decades later in the comfort of our homes ... without even knowing it was the nourishment we needed. I suspect that I woke up to the auto feed at precisely the time I needed ...to hear the content where Dass is talking about the disturbance that a rising Kundalini causes... I think it's possible that as everyone's frequencies rise, we could have some friends and neighbors going kooky on us. People complain about ascension symptoms but they don't know how lucky they are that they don't have symptoms that can land them in Bellview!

Same thing happen to someone I know who went into the navy. He left his body and floated above it looking down and watched his body walk itself to his officer and quit as he spoke the words i quit re-entered his body

Twenty seven minutes in. & Wow, 😮I needed to hear this, today. Woke up listening to this. Who says you cannot gain enlightenment, in your sleep? 😉✌️ I got caught up, in a fight. & They most certainly had "won". In that, throughout feeling forced to engage in an inane fight, a group had brought to me to deal with. That I never wanted to dignify, in the first place... I had almost completely lost, the path I was on. Course correction. Thank you.

Beautiful message 🥹 i stand behind every Word and every person that manages to dekode these Words… that is able, to see; the divinity in every object in existence. Beeing the object as is; a part of either the physical, the mental or the abstract realm. We are all timetravellers… in this day and age however, we can acess the librarys! It is available to all… Suffering May come to an end, it is within our reach… We simply need to accept the gift. ❤

He said somethimg about being a spiritual leader and bringing shiva back down. I woke up from sleep to these words. Before I woke up, I had an intense dream that I was with two other friend's and we were invigorated from having fun somewhere, but we were about to clock in to a job. We took off sweatshirt, put on our vests and we swiftly went in to start helping. I woke up with a huge energy that it was time to get up and get to work. Then I realized what was playing. Its time. We're here becuase the people need us. To guide them back to the way of the spirit.

For those who have kids, maybe think " if i made different decisions. . . . " , i came to a realization that my kids are my guru. - learning unconditional love - I've grown exponentially in becoming a parent - anytime i do anything with my kids, rather play or yell at them, it reveals to me a part of myself i didn't see before. You tell me, sound like guru? They're the one's joyful and happy. We're stressed, pissed, anxiety. Who really has it figured out?

@@marcosluna7792 congrats!. I have 3 daughters back to back. . . Now 10,11 and 12. So. . . . First month round the clock feedings can be difficult, probably know by now. 2-3 months you can introduce baby rice cereal from grocery store. They stay full longer, sleep longer. I know it's hard with the sleep dep. Hang in there. Take turns on a nightly basis

I wish I was old enough in the 70s to have attended lectures from both Ram Dass and Alan Watts..both were great spiritual teachers and thought leaders - love the present, God is me, be balanced, serve others, inner world over material world..a great path to peace and happiness..they were both very learned academics who had tremendous insight..I know that I become an even better version of myself if I can aspire towards their teachings ..all delivered through almighty God 🙏🙏

my father was an example of Transformation. Love him for it !! He was not perfect but he was extra-ordinary ! Also, your depression will pass if you allow it to. One of our lessons is self-love/self-forgiveness... it's real. Breathe and release. Respect the experience of your kids but give them the possibility of growing spiritually and respecting you. They may surprise you if you give them time. Also, when your kids chose to become your kids (which they really did as part of their soul-contract before taking birth) they agreed to have whatever their experience was with you. By being challenged, even in the worst ways, we expand. We also get the chance to heal the world by taking in garbage, alchemize it through divine qualities like forgiveness etc and spit out unconditional love. This is what turns us into spiritual masters. xoxo

A thought for consideration... As we are a part of nature, so is technology. Technology has blossomed out of this world just as we have. The algorithm, and even AI, are merely another aspect of Universal Presence connecting with Itself. I'm seeing that as I change my focus, the algorithm brings me more of what I'm looking for. So timely… @ 9:00 RD mentions that the best of the Henry Kissinger’s won’t solve our problems ultimately. Today is 11/29/23 & Kissinger died today. Meanwhile we’re in the middle terrible world mess and the same minds that have kept us here forever are the same minds that insist on doing things the same ways.
