(Fox festival version with KAMI band intro) Live English subtitles
The Fox Festival series took place in Japan in 2017. These are performances at small venues, with the exception of the final Big Fox Festival, which took place on a large stage. These were the last performances of Yui Mizuno (Yuimetal) as part of Babymetal. After the Big Fox Festival, Yui stopped performing and later left the band due to health reasons.
The Fox Festival Series is a very good introduction to Babymetal if you are a metalhead. Small venues, in classic western design, powerful sound, will be close to the western metal fan.

I love Black Babymetal. Moa is amazing and still makes these songs entertaining but it was something special with Yui and Moa together, and it sounded better too. Not that Moa doesn't sound great, just the mix of her voice and Yui's was just perfect in how they complement each other. Same with the entire performance, really. They were just perfect together. Hope Yui is happy and surrounded by a endless supply of tomatoes wherever she is these days.

I feel the same , just searched up these videos to revisit their performances.. I do hope someday we at least get a peek to see how Yui is doing.. their chemistry on stage is undeniable. That being said, Momo is a great addition, hopefully they can do some Black Babymetal songs with momo , she does have a great gutteral Growl ! Would be cool to showcase their vocals on future tracks

For those that didn't know: Yui here was in clear pain (although you couldn't see it). She had on a back brace for most of the concert and this limited her movement in many ways. As you could see here, she can't quite bend at the waist that well due to the presence of the brace. This, as far as I know, traces back to the fall that she suffered during their Live at Budokan Red Night concert on 1 March 2014. The stage was sloppily designed, and cables were spread everywhere, especially on the ledges where both Yui and Moa were standing. During the jumping jack-esque routine in "Headbanger", the stage area was so poorly lit that Yui was not able to see where the cables were laying, and her right foot got caught in one of the cables and she tripped on it, sending her about 8 feet (2.44 meters) to the floor below. She had to be carried backstage for the rest of the performance.

Is that injury why she retired? I'd heard it was because of an undisclosed illness but I wonder if she was permanently hurt from it

So cute, who wouldn`t love them ? When I watch the interviews, I see they are lovely people, so humild, after performing in front of 60 thousand people, they feel a little "nervous" or a little shy , just because their english is still not what they would wish or like, love them !!!!🥰

Just gave this group a shot today, I always check out some live stuff as my first impression. Yeah this is rad. I dig it. It's very different from what I normally listen to. This song kept me guessing where it would go next, it kept me surprised. I love that.

Why? Because of Yui? But she's fine. And there are rumors that she has recovered. Apparently she was in Babymetal to be friends with girls, but she wanted something else. I hope she has a solo career, and we will see her again.

Yui is not only an excellent dancer, but she is also a very expressive and charismatic girl. If you've watched the show carefully, Yui loves to use unusual facial expressions, and it's very cute. She is a master at this. No one can be Yui. She is very special.

@@forthefoxgod7275 yepppp...very true....The Avengers are all right they are good on stage and lovely...nothing wrong with them...but that special character and vibe somehow missing...seems to me as a patchwork compare to the full strenght BM before...I can't wait for their return in late January...I secretly hope BM will come out permanently with the all cast Avengers...I sincerely hope and wish Yui is all right on and off stage...Five years past and not a whisper about her...hope she is alive...anyway...as I always say "Bm is not just a rock band...BM is a piece of ART"...God bless them to make us happy and cheer up in this troublesome world...

Yeah I discovered them like the month she retired, and she's my favorite of the 3 so that is definitely a bummer. I wish I knew about them sooner as I could have seen them live with the original 3 just a couple hours from where I live. I did get to see them 3 times in 2019 so I shouldn't complain.

@@forthefoxgod7275 I would say the same for Moa and Su also. That they are special and nobody can be them. But imo Su is most special of the three. Most talented,beautiful (believe me I find Moa and Yui to be gorgeous as well) and an all arounder. She has no flaws.

This is such a great song, and a wonderful video of it, so close to the action. I love seeing them smile and grin, partly because they're doing a difficult thing, performing on stage, and they do it so well; I hope the smiles mean they know that they're killing it, because they are.

In thi video Yui was a bit thinner than Moa. Originally Yui had been chubbier than Moa, which means she lost her weight. After this live show Yui left babymetal. Something stressful was inside her. Only the fox god knows the truth.

not latest but one of last. There were 5 Fox Festivals where the videos on this channel are taken from. After 2 months, the Big Fox Festival took place, which was the last one where Yui appeared.

I understand that you like Yui. But let's not forget the most important thing. Does she want to return herself? As far as I know, according to some leaks, Yui recovered and had a choice of what to do next. Momoko was accepted into Babymetal only after they were convinced that Yui did not want to return. If you still don't understand - Amuse Inc WOULD LIKE Yui to come back. This would be a great joy for all the fans. But alas, Yui herself seems to have chosen a different path. And we must respect this. Don't forget about this. Yui left us her legacy. And we should be grateful.
