I love seeing the Boys with their families. I remember when I was was a teen that they couldn’t even talk about if they had gfs and now they are all happily married with their own families. It’s something that I can relate with them. Now I can share their music with my child. She loves their songs too.

Thank you BSB for sharing just how special Christmas is to all of you and your families and for sharing the traditions each of you do. When I was a kid, my family would go to my Grandparents house for Christmas Eve and all my cousins and Aunts and Uncles would be there. Christmas Day we all would go to my Uncle’s house. Always fun times. My Grandma always baked cookies and an apple or pumpkin pie. She did up until she had a stroke and passed away months later. My Aunt and I took over that tradition for her. My family is Italian and we do big 3 course meals and dessert. Through out those 3 meals, I don’t know if this is just an Italian thing but we 7 different types of seafood. From what I know, if you eat all 7 you get good luck for the next year. As a kid my favorite part of Christmas was always waking up early and seeing all the presents under the tree. It was always something that was beautiful to me. Now, as an adult, it’s that same surprise that I see on my Nieces and Nephew’s faces that make me smile. The traditions that I grew up with are still going strong and the fun memories live on.

Loved hearing the memories and traditions each if the fellas has/had. It makes me reminisce on the memories from my childhood of Christmas. It's such a wonderful time of year seeing people come togehter of all walks of life celebrating our differences, giving to each other and spreading as well celebrating the true meaning of Christmas which is the birth of our Lord and savior. I know Brian is with me on that as he is man of strong faith. Thanks for sharing these great episodes with us. Keep em coming!

Thanks for sharing your traditions 😊 traditions when I was young was I would circle what I waned In a store catalog in Canada called Easton’s where the REAL Santa was 😂 after that my dad would sit down with his note 📝 and add up all toys I wanted to see if he had enough money to send a check to Santa he’d tell me that $ was for the parts to make the toys 🧸 mom would make 🥧 cookies ect , go to mid night mass , watch dr Seuss how the grinch stole Christmas been watching since I’ve been 3 now I’m 59 and still watch AJ I leave cookies out for Santa , then when my brother and sister had kids it was a so much fun to see their little faces light up ! Remember when my niece now 39 was about 4 we went to her place for Christmas was up in her room asked what she was doing? Answered “ I’m very busy wrapping this gift “ gift for who ? Baby Jesus it was a baby onesie oh why ? She look up at me aunt Debbie 🤦‍♀️🙄 don’t you remember the story ? Me what story? Oh man 🙄 well Ok I’ll tell you when baby Jesus was born his mom only had swaddling rags to put him in no jammies 😢 anyway gift 🎁 wrapped then asks me “ do you know his number on his house? No sorry oh wait I’ll ask granddad cause he worked for the post office so ran to my dad explaining everything my dad took a marker and wrote : mr Joseph and mary Bethlehem Israel , then by chance we saw a postal truck outside my dad got the guys attention and explain everything he looked down at my 4 yr old niece “ don’t worry I’m going to the airport right now I’ll put your gift to baby Jesus right on the ✈️ and it’ll get there on time “ will never forget the huge smile on my niece face 😊! Now all nieces and nephews all grown up live in other parts of Canada don’t see them as much 😢 so Christmas is still special as I think of all the memories I had growing up 😊

Every second year, my parents and I would travel by car interstate to visit my family up north, (I live in Melbourne so I travel up to Brisbane) to stay with them for a couple weeks at least. We always spend a couple days with my mum's mum in the country first. This year, there have been torrential flooding along the whole east coast of Australia. My grandma who lives by herself, the town that she lives in has been cut off by the flooding. the river that runs through the town is still at a moderate risk of flooding.

Tamales are a Christmas tradition for my family too!
