Carolina doesn't have an O-Line and pairs that with Offense Coordinator Ben McAdoomed and a lackluster defense. Any QB would do worse in Carolina compared to Cleveland. You could take Kirk Cousins, Derek Carr, Dak Prescott, or even Matt Stafford and put them in Mayfield's place: I doubt that they would lead this team to the playoffs. Out of all the problems this team has, Baker Mayfield is a minor one at worst.

Yup till you get rid of Mayfield it will be the coaches fault, the lines fault, the TEs fault, the RBs fault, the WR or the Defenses fault. None will get credit for a win though. Then you'll get to enjoy watching your team rebuild and improve slowly but sure to give Baker what he needs and he still won't get it done. Then if you move onto a better qb option you'll be told how the Panthers did Baker dirty. Enjoy.
