NOW that your DISPOSITION has CHANGED, you not only UNDERSTAND the TRUTH, but you also ACT ACCORDING to IT. You are LETTING GO of the THINGS you LOVED to do back in the day, the things you used to want to do, your mental images, and your perceptions. 🙏🌷 You are now ABLE to GIVE UP THINGS that you COULDN'T GIVE UP back in the day. This is DISPOSITION TRANSFORMATION, and it is also the PROCESS of your DISPOSITION TRANSFORMATION.🌷 It may sound simple, but in REALITY, ANYONE in the MIDDLE of this PROCESS has to ENDURE a LOT of SUFFERING, OVERCOME their FLESH, and LEAVE the FLESH ASPECTS of NATURE. ONCE you have UNDERSTOOD the MEANING of these THINGS, you will be ABLE to APPROACH GOD in PRAYER and TRULY REPENT; in this WAY, you WILL be CLEANSED of IMPURITIES. ☀️🙏 If, in this way, you often seek the truth to solve your own practical problems, you will gradually tread the right path of faith. У наших не было да. И в СССР это был дефицит и чудо. Но у них думаю были бананы, но а если не йогурт то думаю типа простокваши

Можна любу сметан.

Бананы в турции наверное не водились, а вот йогурт люди веками делали сами.

Это точно! Пекли обычные оладьи на кефире или простокваше! Ели с любым вареньем, если была, со сметаной!)
