They are not gonna win but they still got nominated and did it without releasing any album, just 3 songs unlike all other artists. Keep on breaking records for 2022 especially with their new album and aim for an Album of the year nomination.

If a popular western artist was to pour out their heart and be vulnerable on a track like that, it would be nominated for a Grammy. We know how it works. That does not diminish the hard work of western artists or BTS. BTS work hard on their music, it’s obvious and that is the reason for their long-standing popularity. They used the Carl Jung’s philosophy of ego, shadow and persona and weaved it into their albums. Created a worldwide campaign for self love. Their albums have a strong message, strong production and strong vocals. Just look at Black swan. What they have is an enormous language barrier to overcome. It’s huge and it’s present. The Grammys and other popular award shows are for English songs. Hence why there is a whole separate Latin American section. Hence why, for the moment….we will only see Butter, Permission to Dance or Dynamite nominated aka their English songs. What BTS and ARMY are trying to do is spectacular, which is essentially get BTS famous enough that the world is forced to recognize Korean music as equal to their English counterparts. It’s not easy, hence why these guys have probably the largest most dedicated fanbase in town atm and still 75% of celebrities don’t know a lot of their music. Most of their music still doesn’t play on the radio and yet people know their names. That takes WORK. Hard work. These guys are setting the tide for an enormous change in the music industry, which is already happening.

The fact is BTS didn’t have much competition, they won on popularity base and being Asian MTV awarded them under diversity group. As we saw in their performance they can’t sing *LIVE* they pretty terrible without auto-tune.!!! So *NO* Grammy !!!
