Here's the thing - Total historical inaccuracy for a WW2 game. People were expecting BFV to give the true WW2 feels, especially after the game just before this, ie BF1, gave true WW1 feels we all needed. Then the trailer did the rest of the work. It was horribly put. Then the women in it. Here's the thing - Women WERE in WW2, but in the Western Front, THEY NEVER SAW FIELD COMBAT and they were only in the roles of resistance combats. Then women SAW FIELD COMBATS...... *IN THE EASTERN FRONT* , WHICH NEVER CAME. And the EA's policy - Don't like it? Don't buy it. Boom. There you go

And yeah, don't forget the historically inaccurate uniforms too

Well there are some Elites that are a bit accurate.

Bfv gave all content for free without additional payments. They even discarded the premium/battlepass styles of the previous games that give DLCs at additional cost. In Bfv, there are microtransactions, yes - but they are cosmetics only and do not affect gameplay, let alone any pay to win principle. It's a step in the correct direction. Stop being sour. BTW, I purchased 1 elite character but did not pay any real-life money, I earned the currency in-game through matches and once got a log-in bonus.

@@Mr_Fancypants Sadly no. But I watched the entire gameplay on youtube to understand the plot, and well... the gameplay. And its not really bad. Not amazing, nor bad, but decent.

The gameplay is really good (with the exception of the sliding on the ground that they obviously took from Call of Duty games). But see, Battlefield 1 wasn't about "Triplice Intent good, Triplice Alliance bad" it was about how war is bad, war is hell, is humans killing humans for nothing. Battlefield 5 dehumanized their characters too much, they looks like characters from Call of Duty, you don't believe they are humans, that they are fearing the war, that's stupid, that's unrealistic. Look at "Storm of Steel" campaign from Battlefield 1 and look at the "The Last Tiger" from Battlefield 5, they humanize both sides of war, showing that both the american soldier and the german soldier are just people fighting for their survival. And those are the only campaigns of those games that are realistic and good, the others are just...fun.

There's also these elite characters that looks like premium skins from Call of Duty, Dice should had added them as clothing pieces for the players to use and mix with other clothes
