I thought I didn't start soon enough as well, but now I see that I accidentally interrupted the rotation by giving the ship itself a direct attack command instead of giving it to the railguns in the first match, so the rotation was interrupted for that critical second. The 2nd one I was just plain beaten, need to design better faster harder stronger. Or maybe that one is just a really good counter. But I actually intentionally slowed down the rotation speed to avoid smacking railshots into the sides of the barrels, but now I'm thinking I might be able to increase the rotation speed a fair bit and make the ship a bit lighter but deadlier. Sorry to keep bringing the same ship, but I didn't feel that any of my others stood a shadow of a chane as they were far less developed and tested. Gonna try to develop additional ones and of course adaptations for To Whom It May Concern to handle better. And holy crap, Salephs and Blaze's piloting and designs are superb! Their match makes me surprised I was only one mistake away from beating Blaze even once because holy crap.

cruacious says he designs better than he flies, not realizing the reason he loses is due to a design flaw. He does not have as much lateral thrust as his opponent, and this is why salephz is able to fly circles around him.

Salephz biggest weakness was his ship wasn't able to turn and stop fast enough, so he just swept his beam over the shield instead of being able to focus them down

Dang, too bad these aren't a best of seven, I think the ending would've been a little bit different.
