Kick off the shoes, place both feet on the floor as you sit comfortably, take a deep slow breath in from your nose, hold for 4 seconds and release blowing gently from your mouth for 5 seconds, you can try placing your hand on your heart and tap 5 times to help you focus on your breathing,while counting. Repeat 3 times in through the nose out through the mouth.. Relax your shoulders, this is You taking time out for yourself. We all take breathing for granted without even thinking about it. Learning to focus on something so simple yet important can really change our mood & mind set to a positive relaxing energy, bringing peace to our 4 elements.. physical,mental ,emotional & spiritual..
