If you like this then I recommend Parasocial next. It's a spin-off sequel and you don't have to do customer service. And the Convenience Store is a good start if you want something with ghosts. I *love* Chilla's Art.

Finally a horror game!! And also from Chilla's art😭😭!! By the way, they make some kinda creepy games as I played a couple of Chilla's games like The Karaoke, The Convenience store, Teke-Teke, The Ghost Train (These all games are based on real life incidents). They made me scream a lot due to fear (later my mom beaten me hard as I screamed so loud😂😂) And in this game, I think the real story started from the guy, who was looking for his phone in the starting!! I guess he's the freaking stalker!!!! The jumpscare from that babysitter got me screaming and made my heartbeat to go around 160bpm!!!! By the way, another great video but with my another favourite genre!! And I think you should play more games by Chilla's Art as they make very interesting horror games!!! Chillas art is amazing❤ if they don’t convince you to start playing indie horror, games more often nothing will. This one’s specifically taught me a little bit about coffee, which I am internally grateful for because I don’t know how to do a lot of simple things and I don’t just look it up a lot of times… I like to get my common sense and wisdom from video games.

Chillas art is a really odd developer and I’m not sure if I like their games even though I’ve played all of them to date. I would highly recommend puppet combo games, or as they used to be called “pig farmer games”. Especially “ nun massacre” and “night ripper” as they are exceptional. I personally think that they are 2 of the absolute BEST indie horror games only topped by subnautica for me. Plus nun massacre has a decent story which is always nice to see!

I love Japanese (in fact Asian in general) horror games, movies and TV. Even though I haven't watched or played many lately. Imagine speed running this and other Chilla games. Kinda want to play all of their games. Typical game for them. Would like to watch you playing more of their games or even other horror games in general if you're willing.

Oh, this game... Even with all the supernatural stuff, there is something so real about the stalker. I don't know if I can talk about this, because I'm not a woman and I was never a victim of such... ideation, but we have a guy come in regularly at the service industry job I work at. He looks out for our teenage cashiers and used to go to them. I never saw any of it myself, but a couple of them would tell me about how he was creepy and would "look at them oddly" if you catch my drift. They could tell what he was doing. He still comes in sometimes because we can't ban him for looking at people, but one of the male managers and I serve him and get the girls to go in the back. Real creepy shit.

I know it's been a week, Juliette, but I have had to watch this video in about four sessions. Overall it turned out to be a fascinating game. Quite scary at the end, especially as I went to bed straight afterwards. The Japanese know how to make good games.

It's great that your getting into horror games now. Indies are the best. A few recommendations off the top of my head that I've seen other gamers play. The Backrooms 1998, Dead Man's Journey, Do You Copy?...you might get a good scare.

I don't understand horror games, or horror movies, for that matter. I understand what the appeal _is,_ but I don't understand _why_ it's appealing. I mean, me, I'd've NOPED! right the hell out just at the weird guy making grabby-hands at the phone you found. I don't think I'd've made it a whole lot past that. That said--it does make one wonder where the protagonist's phone is and why it isn't used pretty much immediately. Anyhoo, I like silly or tongue-in-cheek horror, like the _Puppeteer_ series of movies. It's just--insane. They start out trying to be "real" horror movies, but quickly devolve into shenanigans and absurdity, and I love it for that. 😄 08:03 _...is_ that a customer? It looks like a particularly squishy mannequin without real features. That's NOPE! number two. 32:20 These people are just squishy mannequins, I guess. That's just how it is. Also, some random jack-o wandering into a coffee shop in the middle of the night with only one employee on duty and claiming to be a private investigator talking about people getting harrassed--that's NOPE! number three. 35:00 Trying to wander around as the ostensibly sole occupant of a building in the dark in the middle of the night--NOPE! number four. I'd have just locked up if possible, shrugged if not, and went home. Screw the job. I'm reminded of an overnight shift I had at a gas station. When discussing robberies, the boss legitimately said we had to not give up the bank money (which was set aside from the till). I laughed at the boss and said if they have a pew-pew they could have whatever the heck they wanted and I'd gift-wrap it for them. Ain't nothin' in a job like that worth your life. 01:17:20 Someone come in dressed ike that and started dancing while staring you in the eye, unblinking--hand them the keys to the place and tell them they can have whatever the hell they want, then leave. That whole game is just--why? I mean, I'm here for it, and I really hope you continue to play different games, things that pique your interest. ...having said all that, if you made a compilation video of alternate endings and whatnot, I'd actually be curious. 🏳‍🌈🖖💙💚

play outlast? its a longer horror game but its actually got a cool gameplay feature in it. that makes it different than a traditional horror game

Don't screw up the beverages. There are tutorial tapes. Oh, okay. I'll watch them!... Not! "Sorry lady. I'm having some trauma!" 16:00 it was about this point that I started thinking maybe you should stick with the other side of the counter - drinking fancy coffees.😂 But then, the pure exuberance of - "Yes! I've done a Thing!"🤣🤣 I was wondering, if you hadn't mentioned the lights going out, would it still have happened? That bracelet? Almost $100. Nice customer., but I guess, given the ending, it didn't really help.🥲 No good outcome? You no longer have to worry about being late, and have rid yourself of the burdens of customer service! Edit added section (post Laundro)------ I think the food and drinks parts to this game simply added to the discomfort for the player. The stalker was announced, but couldn't really be a constant threat - other than which one of the weirdos that you meet could be the stalker - so the barrage of food, drinks, garbage, table cleanup, etc. was just to frazzle the player (you) a bit. Keeping you a little on edge - as was the open/closed back door as well. Even the random dude on the bus. Kudos to you, there Juliette. Many people freak out when people stare at them. You are one of the few I have ever heard recognize that, in order to see a starer you must be staring at them as well. Excellent! End Late Edit.---------- I will admit right now... The absolute most terrifying snippet of this video, happens at about 5:35 - the total voice change, when you say "the power box" , ending in such a deep and creepy way... 🫣😱😜 Great game - Fun watching you play here, and seeing the tension came more from making the fancy drinks than from the stalker!
