So there is a mistake in the video at 13:25 . Troops within the eternal tome CAN be healed. This is something not maybe players know but the eternal tome does NOT stop healing.

Finally someone who recognizes the power of the fireball🙌. Too many people I feel like write it off because it’s not as versatile as the other warden equipment for obvious reasons you mentioned. But if you do have a good fireball strategy like super witches then good luck defending after I smashed a valuable part of your defense. Fireball is the most fun equipment to use in the game imo.

I have the basic equipment + frozen arrow and the gauntlet decently leveled up, would you recommend saving ores for a new broken equipment drop or just upgrade the haste vial or heal book or something else? I am a th15 and saving currently since I don't really feel the need for anything else. In other way do you think there is a future broken equipment dropping over the ones currently I havent upgraded.

I don’t think so honestly. QC Lalo is all about getting your AQ to the core of the base and the recall makes that hard (time would be an issue too). Better to yeti bomb if you need that funnel.

I was using the Royal Gem with the Haste Vial, but switched to the Hog Puppet. The hogs make clean up quicker.

@@ClashConceptexactly the only epic gear that’s OP is the giant gauntlet other than that the rest of the epic gear feels like common gear. The hog rider puppets and healer puppets and rage gem are very very good to have maxed.

Hey Hooked, Could you explain why you recommend the invis vial for the queen in smash style attacks? Personally I use the frozen arrow and healer puppet. I don't see much value from invisibility if the queen is protected by a pack of root riders/ Titans and king for instance. I normally to pop the queen ability in combination with eternal tombe (so healers are protected from air traps) and transfer to the root riders to keep the main push alive. I understand the DPS argument for the invis vial just a curious. NB: I'm a new th15 in legends league so my low level root riders sometimes die out against max th16 defenses.

A lot of smash attacks can die out on the backend of the base and having the invis vial is crucial to finishing off the base. Plus the amount of damage she does under the ability is ridiculous. What you’re doing does sound strong too but you already have the healers from the army anyway and the more healers you add the less benefit they provide beyond 4 if I’m not mistaken.

Tough one, considering most people didn’t use ores on the last epic equipment you don’t know if it’s worth saving for it or not. Haste vial will never be a bad use of ores in my opinion but I guess we will see if it works well with upcoming epic equipment.

Simple question: what is pet upgrade priority at th15. I have diggy going atm and plan on getting it maxed but after that I'm pretty sure Phoenix is the play but lost after that. Also, what pets should I use WHILE diggy and other new pets are upgrading? Thanks for your help man, love the vids lately!

Your upgrade priority is spot on, in terms of pets to replace its hard haha I guess Lassi on RC until Diggy is finished and for BK use frosty (although I assume yours is low level so maybe the Yak?). Unicorn on AQ always and Warden is attack dependent.

Diggy on Warden is nice but I think there’s no good alternative for RC so better for Diggy on her and use Frosty/Lizard on Warden which is a fine alternative. Phoenix needed on BK in my opinion.

Good thing that strategy is in this video then haha. 5:50 I talk about it in a little detail 😊 Worth noting if you do warden ability with only the blimp then fireball + eternal tome is best, but most people save warden ability to use with the hydra.

In your hybrid/twin hogs you use the king with gauntlet+rage. And it died while on the outside. Vampstache+ rage is in my opinion the superior choice because that way the king can clear the entire outside without dying, attack speed always helps ofcourse. In case the miners (for example) are going to the outside I use the ability to get my king back ahead of them forcing them back inside. I have this gauntlet but I find this setup better for funneling on the outside. What are your thoughts?

There’s no attack where I wouldn’t bring the gauntlet, its ability to negate damage will add far more HP to the BK’s life than the vampstache will right? In my opinion the BK is so valuable with the gauntlet now that if he’s living the entire attack with the vampstache he clearly hasn’t’ gotten enough value. I’d be curious to see someone use the vampstache with hybrid to properly assess it myself, but the rage vial and gauntlet works in every single situation.

@@BlueprintCoC if the king is under heavy fire in the core the gauntlet is by far the best option, very much agreed. It is also the best equipment for all the other strategies. But what I'm trying to argue is that under relatively "light" fire for funneling on the outside from archer towers, cannons, etc.. then the vampstache is better. The difference is small but I don't think you gave it a fair shot to have this one niche little usecase. Pros: -the vampstache has better healing: 300 heal per hit instead of 44Hp per second -you actually gain dps over the gauntlet because of the attack speed increase and bonus damage on the stache. -outside buildings are more spread out so splash is less useful -Vampstache for a mostly funneling king is useful because the king can funnel and stay alive for the entire duration of the match not just for just 17s Cons: -You are weaker against skeleton traps because no splash -if queen is shooting right behind a wall you can't hit her through the wall What cons or pros did I miss?

So with hybrid you have both the BK and the SB to funnel, so generally I’d use the pekkas to clear the outer trash, then have the BK in that first layer of the base where he can fight/tank some heavier DPS. Keep in mind hybrid is not that tanky anymore. If you use him on the very outside then maybe Vampstache has a use case, but then I think you’re not maximising the BK even if he lives the whole battle. The 300 heal per shot is definitely OP.

Can you explain why everyone is shifting to hog puppet instead of the seeking shield/royal gem? I understand the tanking potential from the hogs, but they can also be vaporized at th16. In one of your earliest equipment videos you made a good point that 10000 instant damage from the shield is tough to beat and always gets value. I'm getting great results using the shield & haste vial on RR spam attacks and don't understand why it has 0 usage

It’s all to do with the spirit fox nerf. Before the nerf when the RC + Fox is only visible for 4s they stay alive a long time so the royal gem’s dps and extra HP was amazing. Now the RC and Fox being visible for 6s makes it quite easy for them both to die in that time, so having the invis and tanking of the hog puppet is crucial. Otherwise you have to pop your RC ability much earlier to ensure haste vial gets its full usage. The seeking shield is nice though. All of them are, I just prefer the hogs.

Any air spam is great for healing tome (super dragons, hydra or edrags at TH14 are all strong). That’s kinda it at TH14, healing tome pairs best with high HP troops and you don’t have RR yet. Could use it with some QC Strats too if you want but life gem generally better.

Little surprised about phoenix on bk on root spam. My fails are generally time and the bk survives the entire attack the majority of the time meaning phoenix never gets activated. I prefer frosty (and even yak and lizard.. anything that’s active right away)

The hero equipment is in the video, I’d say listen to it because I go over the different options. For CC I’d say 6 valks, for spells it depends if you want to use the OG spell or not (we have a few videos on the channel with both variants) and troops it depends on whether you want to spend the DE on Super Barbs or not honestly. But generally 8-9 RR, 9-12 valks, 2-4 HH, 1 App Warden and rest Super Barbs or more valks works.

Super Arch Clone Hydra Zap Dragons (although healer puppet probably better than frozen arrow) QC Dragons/Dragon Rider Zap Witches, although I prefer life gem over rage gem (some people like rage gem more) Hopefully you like some of those armies!

I disagree, I think the best combination of both pets and equipment is king with spirit fox with vampstache and gauntlet and the champion with phoenix and hog puppet with shield. That has been working great for me and I consistently 3 star th16s with root riders and valks without any issues

Spirit Fox with BK sounds good in theory but in practise it’s not. Your Fox gets in a lot of trouble fast but also when your Fox goes invisible the defenses will just target a RR instead. Whereas with RC it reduces the overall damage output on your troops since there’s no other options nearby usually. Plus Phoenix with BK ensures the gauntlet always gets a lot of value and Fox with RC ensures she never gets insta killed. To be fair, with RR spam you can run completely wrong pets and still triple haha.

My haste vial is not decent upgraded so i am currently using hog puppet with seeking shield but i am confused whether seeking shield + hog puppet combo is good or Royal gem + hog puppet combo is good in root rider spam attacks? what's your opinion, Which combination is good if i don't have haste vial of decent level? . . . i rather choose hog + shield over hog + royal gem. you still get Hp recovery from hog puppet, +1000hp from the max hog puppet. seeking shield constantly take out the 4 normal defenses while 9 hogs + half life rc clear the rest

Seeking shield and hog puppet is probably better than with royal gem but depends on the army. If RC used by herself definitely seeking shield, if used with RR then maybe royal gem.

Yo im new to th15 i just need a one attack to master till th16 upgrade that army, waiting for Hooked attack ranking video. In th14 im a zap titan main so my equipment is upgraded based on that attack if i change my attack i have to upgrade other equipment i seen some cc uploaded new equipment comes in futures. Spicky ball, Super archer puppet, magic mirror, Flame tourch, Rocket spear im sticking with zap titan hero equipment when new op epic equipment comes i have ores to spend

i uses the same equipments for different of attacks 🤣 just max out the main one first. eternal tome + invisibility vial + rage vial + for sure giant gauntlet. then you good to go, unless your big paid to play you can maxed them all 😂

We’ve done a Top 3 TH15 attack strategy video about 2 months ago! TH16 coming soon. Zap Titan strong as well at both 15 and 16. I’d say if you want to prepare for TH16 upgrade healing tome. Not used much at low TH’s but it’s great with any RR army.

Tbh I have seen many pros using hog puppet plus haste vial, even with fox, rc sometimes doesn't get much value and dies too early if there is heavy damage since its faster than the hogs, I have had better success with seeking shield and hog puppet get more value. As its protected by hogs and stay alive longer.

Legit question. High level clan war, root valk spam, the entire clan had the fox on the king and phoenix on the RC. The crazy thing is I honestly believe they were on to something. The king would invis and get some health back besides the obvious part of living longer. It definitely appeared like the value, in this specific circumstance and attack, was greater for both heroes having the pets switched.

Interesting. I think that response would have been brought on by the nerf to the Fox and making it harder to keep the RC alive. The RC is definitely much stronger with the Fox compared to Phoenix, and having the Fox on BK is kinda useless because the defences will target something else instead (the Fox isn’t reducing the amount of damage you’re taking, just deflecting it to another troop unlike when it’s on RC).

To be honest I’m not sure whether healing tome or rage gem is better with eternal tome for this army, I’d say give both a go and see. AQ I’d bring frozen arrow and invis. BK gauntlet and rage vial. RC any equipment combo will work (hog puppet + haste best). Pets if bring the default pet combo for each TH. BK Phoenix/Yak (Yak for TH14, Phoenix for TH16). AQ Unicorn/Unicorn GW Diggy/Owl RC Fox/Lassi

@BlueprintCoC Rage gem seems to work better. Early eternal tome to reach the core of the base, extra dps and after rage gem helps also bats to clear faster buildings. I'm 3 staring th16 with th14. On queen seems to work frozen arrow with healing puppet. Before activating healing tome pop healers to make them invincible and usually they stay until the end and heal. How about angry jelly on king on th16 ? Seems to work since i send the king in the core of the base with main army

nah ily hooked but no healing tome for qc lalo is absolutely criminal. 25 second healing for a small lalo is unbelievably busted. also imo healing tome is equally as good for zap lalo too. the strongest way to lalo right now is just by lalo'ing into the highest dps with an early tome and thats what stars does too. in darkstar's case i can see why he prefers the life gem cuz the way he lalos is very orthodox, his loons slowly cruise through the entire base but i really dont think if thats the best way to lalo in this meta.

That gives you no flexibility though. You have to Lalo a certain way. I ran Qc lalo a fair bit this season and didn’t always do the same type of Lalo’s but often would Lalo straight into the highest dps area and life gem was fine. Admittedly didn’t try healing tome, maybe I will next time but also I don’t like my loons getting 1 shot by raged scatters. 😅

For the average players it’s unnecessary since they need the extra power with the RR. Pros run the poison lizard because people started running super drag CC’s and the attacking AQ is on the outside of the base but given most players send their AQ into the core that’s not an issue.

Depends on where your CC is but generally triple ice golem or hound is best because if the heroes pull the CC it can hard counter the attack.

U can not compare the best players in the world with the normal th16 player since they don’t use the strongest pet they use the one that makes the attack faster

So the difference there is pros use the archer queen on the outside of the base so to counter some def CC’s have super dragons/rocket balloons that a poison spell can struggle to kill. Not a common CC for average players to find. Think of it like this: pros find it nearly impossible to fail so they try to stop any chance of failure rather than help them triple. Hence why they bring Lizard over Diggy (diggy in reality is far stronger but won’t help vs CC).

If you only warden blimp yea, but generally it’s best not to warden blimp at least at TH16 unless you’re doing it with your Hydra/Air Spam in which case you don’t want the fireball anyway.

Firstly master at least a couple of strategies, then it’s all about getting recognised in the pro scene. Can either be done by joining a 5v5 team and working your way up through teams to the top, or a good way at the moment is being at the top of Legend League multiple months and drawing attention to yourself.
