Homemade Croissant Recipe
Ingredients:
wheat flour 270 g
salt 7 g
sugar 37 g
egg 15 g
water 115 ml
instant yeast 7 g
butter 27 g
butter for filling 145 g
egg for egg wash
Bake at 200 C / 390 F for 15-20 minutes

When freezing, will the butter become to cold it'll break upon rolling ? Do you have any tips for that ? Anyway nice video 👍👍👍

Hi, great question. 👍👍If you place the butter or the dough in the freezer for only 10-15 minutes, it won't become too cold. It's 10-15 minutes freezer or 60 minutes refrigerator.
