@@kolsenk done both too, boxing is in the upper-level but wrestling is a whole different thing. Also drilling with another human where you are fighting against their whole body and strength vs fighting their fists and footwork is a difference felt.

Seeing this at 56 years old , reminds me of a couple of other hard exercises we used to do : 4 on 1(aka ”old man”) , 5 man star , 3 man feeding , Houdini , centipede chase , carry all , solo & paired transport relay race. Oh my ! I suddenly got sweaty.

you havent trained hard enough. just the other day there was a crime story where some dude - personal trainer got into argument with some champion wrestler. wrestling experience didnt help him, he got a punch to the face, fell , hit the curb and died.

This is like a work of art to watch. Absolutely amazing. You can see why wrestlers are in phenomenal shape. I wish there was training places like this all over the UK. It’s good mma and stuff has grown in the Uk. But to do circuit training like this would be incredible. I’d love to go to America even for 2 years. Just to do this training. Would be awesome

Most wrestlers don't train like that. It's an ad for all kind of dumbass gimmicks. You don't need 20 different devices for strength training and your strength training doesn't need to look like wrestling.

@@CoEnHe нет поверь мне на кавказе залы уровня совка в москве залы по круче. Даже в твоём мухосранске зал по круче чем на кавказе. Просто кавказ это кавказ. У них физ сила и проход в ноги да и просто борьба и бороться у них это нормально. Просто у них все занимаються борьбой а где количество там конкуренция. Вот и думай. Им не нужны манекены у них есть люди)) им не нужны залы у них есть горы. И.т.д

"как на Кавказе", имелось в виду не спортзал красивый, а именно массовость занятия борьбой. в США борьбу сделали школьным уроком, и дальше - лучшие борцы, как и футболисты/баскетболисты и прочие, получают места в колледжах, вузах. и целая система соревнований - за школу, за район, за город, за штат. отсюда успехи США в борьбе последние годы.

You can buy a much cheaper Bulgarian bag then the Suples one, MD Buddy makes Bulgarian bags, at half the price, sure, quality isn't the best, but its a bag to be thrown around so doesn't matter really.

If this is a High School then these guys got it made. God I wished we had these drills, toys, & work out equipment when I briefly wrestled in High School. What fine athletes, & a motivation for many young Americans be it very young in High School, or in college & or in the Military with this excellent kind of training. More American youth need to be in shape like these athletes are.
