I'm 40, I've just come back from the year 2056 to tap this comment and this reminds me when I was 18 and time travelled to meet my 25 year old self to tell them to travel back in time to tell the 18yo me to listen to the tracks all over again! Dude.... I can relate. I lived out in the country and I would take the bus with my cd player and just watch everything pass by and my imagination would just wander off in the blissfulness of the music. Have been listening to this for 4 good years now. I drive lengthy rides in the rurals of West Africa. 5 hrs..8 hrs and even 11 hours rides. This and the other two mixes (Vol #2 &#3) gave me the best meditation, best nostalgia, best rides. At times I smoke my weed and it adds to the depth of the feelings, the focus, the scenery beauty all trees and amazing nature. I love you, Whoever made this, you've made my life more beautiful. Agreed, I listen to this while running a lot. It can take a terrible god awful mood and turn it into a blissful one! I usually get tired near the half hour mark which is when Polar Ice kicks in (my favorite song on the list) and im like "HELL YEAH SECOND WIND!"

I'm a classically trained composer, and I've studied music from the past 800 years right through to 2017. What's more, I'm a fussy bastard. This mix displays such a comprehensive appreciation of timbre and texture that I personally would find impossible to replicate. I could listen to this again and again and again. Very few trance mixes impress me, but I'm happy to listen to this at least several times a week. This is truly a great mix. Thank you for sharing.

Pete, Listen to more trance to get appreciation of 'sequence' and 'bass' and the nuance of what it is.. And then listen to it more to get an appreciation of the genre. Then come back and compare timbre and texture. Not the same really, is it?

My parents had a shop and on a Sunday morning my Dad would always play classical. I was 12 years old and it was back in the 80's. As I was humming to a Mozart piece an 'up himself' idiot said to me....."Well you can't POSSIBLY even know what this is can you"!!! Thanks to him I emersed myself in all the music I could find, everything! Even raiding my parents old 60's and 70's records and 'looking after them' for them until this day. Music is for ALL!!! Always! There is never now nor will there be an age limit to being moved, inspired, feeling, living and loving. I believe to raise your vibration through music is the most precious and wonderful gift of life. Thank you this trance mix it's brilliant!
