It’s fine it’s just a breeding thing. It’s not meant to hurt or abuse her. It’s so that the stallion can breed her without getting kicked. It doesn’t harm the horse in any way. It’s also not tied tightly.

@@PT_Barrelracing I’m not trying to be rude, but the ropes on her feet are tight and if you tie horses feet like that, they can put them into panic and they can get very injured like that. You can still have your own opinion though this is mine.

@@Chrayis because you want to breed with your best stud horses ( males) because of their lineage. Like with dogs you don't want mutts you want pure breeds because the yield you more money if you sale horses or dog for instance. full blood labs, Doberman, Rottweilers etc cost more money.. Some horses may be show horses, racing horses etc, most likely Kentucky derby horses are breeding horses or were bread for those purposes which mean they are expensive and their offspring will be expensive as well

A lot of the time they can't, as "broodmares" are constantly in foal, so their current foal won't be old enough for weening, and if the current foal isn't the sires own... he won't hesitate to kill it
