They are never correct in Europe where the likes of Xiaomi charge a lot more. Other markets pay less money and get the higher spec'd versions of their phones.

Great review.. I think next time use a wallpaper that shows off the size and shape of the screen.. The dark wallpaper makes it hard to see the difference

Hi! Great review! I'd like to ask a question: when you said that the LCD screen was a negative feature in the first smartphone (xiaomi note 9) what did you mean by that? Does it affect the quality of the image or does it make the screen more sensitive?

Hi Milena! It's not negative in that it's bad, but it's just an inferior display technology than AMOLED in my experience. So contrast is not as good, there is more light bleed, and the blacks are not truly black, so when you use in low light settings, its not a pleasant viewing experience

What ROM you have on K30 Pro. I bought the K30 Pro Zoom Edition, and i notice that in the calendar icon the day is in english and on mine is in chinese.

Hey Frankie, I recently bought a Mi Note 10, and it has been great so far... Except for the battery! I expected so much more, but I only get around 5 hours of SOT, with dark mode on, and AOD off. I mean, it gets me through the day, but it just isn't as good as I thought it would be. Is this a common problem, or is there something wrong with my unit. AccuBattery says the battery health is good.

Hi, i have an iPhone 11 Pro. Want to get away from Apple. I’m looking at getting a Samsung S20 Ultra. But don’t like how in Australia they don’t give you a Snapdragon chipset.. that Xiaomi with the biggest battery is tempting... can you get them in Australia? will it work on the networks here?

'Value' goes out the window when it comes to Europe. Expect to pay up to a third more than elsewhere, and for that expect to get the lesser spec'd version e.g. paying K30 Pro Zoom prices for the standard K30 Pro.

I love the Mi9T. Gave that to my wife she loves it. I just got the Note 10 Lite. Hands down the best value mid range phone for around 300 in 2020. 6 GB Ram snapdragon 730 , good cameras and supports gcam. Also has an amazing amoled edge display .

Great video as usual Frankie. Based primarily on all of your previous reviews and the respective specs of each phone, I'd vote for a tie between the Redmi 10 X 5G and the Redmi K30 Pro. However as I've mentioned previously, these phones are still relatively pricey in Australia, and difficult to find in most retail outlets.

Just checked Frankie. An on line price here for the K30 Pro Zoom edition is $1149 Aus (nearly $790 US). We just get killed in the market here for tech.

@@normlieberman372 Xiaomi is less expensive in Chinese market. Don't know abt the zoom edition, but K30pro 8G 128G is around 400 USD here, so maybe u can get one delivered to you from China.

one thing to be noted , at the lowest price bracket ; one of the option might be to get the last years mid range , say for the same price to get the Redmi Note 9 you can get a new Redmi Note 8 Pro ; and its hard not to agree that you got quite a head up , and now the global version getting the Android 10 update and later will be having the MIUI 12 update also it should be in for considerration

I've a list for budget phone. Tf slot with 1++gb or if not available, the memory should be 2++gb ; good camera with good ois(like poco f2 or k30 but that's expensive) ; audio jack; ips lcd. Considering poco x3 but the camera&video recording wasn't good although the performance & battery life should be applause. So I'm in dilemma. Suggestion?

Here in the UK mi 10 pro is around £700. But Poco f2 pro had a deal on father's Day for £408 and I bought it. Really blown away by it. No notch or cutout is the way to go!
