I have a betta couple in my glass bowl, I am seeing that the male betta is making bubbles in the water and also attracting the female betta and trying to attract here by chasing her. but I never seen them breeding or there arent any eggs I see as well.

I tried breeding bettas for a while. Never worked out. I could get them to breed, lay eggs, and even got the eggs hatch. I could never keep the fry alive long. I think it was a food issue but I'm not sure. I gave up. I had this one female and she was really pretty, big too, her name was Gypsy. Gypsy was really mean towards other fish and she absolutely would not breed with any males that I bought. She was picky or stubborn as hell. I eventually had to get a new female so I bought a red female, I forget what I named her, but she bred with my one crown tailed betta I named Prince. They gave me a few breeds but none of their fry made it to adulthood. Maybe if I had the proper equipment and food I could've been successful but I'm not willing to try again. 😅
