When a known plagiarist talks about lies and truth I have to doubt the newscaster who even MENTIONS it. In a former time his colleagues' collective sensibilities would have resulted in opprobrium and a healthy sort of "self-cleaning" mechanism, to protect us from people like that; but now, and for the past several years, the tables have turned.
