I have learned that a lot of what happens to a person when growing older, & wiser no matter how active they’ve been throughout their life, is largely contributed to Genetics. I agree with a lot of things u believe but, genetics play a huge role in our health & I believe that whole heartedly! Why? Bc I live it, my BFF since we were 10 yrs old lives it…my mother….etc. I have a friend that has exercised her entire life, & now, she is paying the price for it. Thank u for your show bc it makes me laugh & smile…I just wanted to make u more aware of genetics & the role it plays with our health. This reminds me of my lover.He was so active ,happy busy.Then within a year of breaking a bone in his thigh surgery ,gallbladder drain ,outside body ,etc stents in his heart,He was gone.I .I miss him so so much.I love you and I hope to see you again we only just started to live.If I could only do over.No EMERGENCY VISITS.IT ALL STARTED THERE.

At 10:33. I think you said something threw something at you half way behind you it's blackish, I see a few different ones after that also. I zoomed in. It looked like a 👽. But one almost looked like it had ears pointing upwards, or horns, it's kinda blurry when you zoom way in on it. But from a distance it's black.

Ghost cabin to right with stacked firewood? 7:54 in middle of screen possible sunshine shape of a hairy (?) from behind. Looking straight up to a white cross? 8:06 is that a strange camel behind right shoulder as you wipe your face? This video sure had some odd moments. I am beginning wonder if your stories are coming to life in that woods.
