Raytraced Caustics is mad imprssive. After Chernobilite and the amount of effort they did just by going based on the probe (like with the gi), I assume they are not actually raytracing caustics per pixel like other rt in the game but are going probe base too and getting it in the Hardware accelerated lumen system in UE5. I could be wrong if its actually real raytraced caustics (personaly i dont believe it a single second. just not ther yet with the technology and ressources needed to make it real time no matter how low the internal resolution but anw) but i dont see it done in-game any time soon. Looks extremly cool none the less as even the probe based version was only in Chernobylite if i remember correctly

I want a special version of the game which remove all creatures, I just need the scenes

Because there was a 1660 graphics computer at the demo, in most scenarios, it could maintain 40 to 50 frames, and in the case of 60-70 frames. This year they are still doing optimization. So there should be no need to worry about the frame rate of the next generation console and 1660 graphics card.

No matter what the media say, this will need an extremely powerful PC. Current computers aren’t ready for the full capabilities of UE5. You will most likely need 4090 just for 1080@60 native, 4K will rely on DLSS heavily which decreases fidelity significantly and introduces artifacts. Anything slower will need DLSS just for 1080@60. With next gen cards we are talking at least 5080 or 6070. Hardware simply isn’t ready for this graphic fidelity. Given that GPU manufactureres aren’t trying to push the envelope by offering reasonable prices, the vast majority of people will not be able to afford top level UE5 graphics for the foreseeable future. That said, perhaps manufacturers will eventually resolve it with more specialized (and cheaper) AI upscaling hardware…
