@@paulhulub1313 they had to make that movie, and had two options, either they recasted him, or chose to completely ignored his death which would piss people off, or, they acknwologed it and gave him a tribute, which would make people say they took advantage of his death, either way people were gonna be mad, and judging on how they handled it, I'd say they made the right choice

Especially Shuri and Peter who at first wanted to take revenge on those (Namor and Green Goblin) who killed the only family they had left (Queen Ramonda and Aunt May) while they were still on their late teens. I wouldn't quite count Thor at all in this aspect because he is actually a god (with the appearance of a middle-aged adult), and it is in itself justifiable that he killed Thanos (of the current era at that time) at the beginning of Endgame after killing his brother and half of the population surviving from the destruction of Asgard at the beginning of Infinity War. But it's still very sad after all the three of them had to go through. 😭😭😭

Seriously... Captain America's whole trilogy. Losing the dance with Peggy, and later attending her funeral. Getting through to Bucky and getting his ass handed to him. Cap siding with Bucky over Tony. Tony having an existential crisis in IM2 and hearing his dad's speech to him. Guardians 2 and 3; Yondu's death and Rockets creation. Enough said. Thor losing to Thanos at the beginning of IW, Gamora's death, and Wakanda fight with EVERYONE trying to stop Thanos. Spiderman FFH May's death and the ending with Peter alone. Endgame with Black Widows death, Tony's Sacrifice, and the whole portals scene. Also, Scott's run home to greet Cassie was beautiful and somber.

I liked that there wasn't any music playing when the clips of Chadwick started appearing. Mourning over someone is obviously a quiet and tranquil, yet painful process, so it's only right that the audience shares a moment of silence with Letitia Wright. In the movie theater there were two scenes where you could hear a pin drop. It was dead silent. When they show the "Marvel Studios" logo in the beginning which was all Chadwick, and this scene. I still dont know how they managed to pull off this movie, but they did. Chadwick was such a PRESENCE on this franchise, I thought to myself there's no way the 2nd could match the 1st, but it did. Letitia Wright puts in incredible performance in the entire movie, an perfect and amazing standout. I can't tell how hard and difficult it is for Letitia Wright, from being an supported role in the first film, now to the big lead role, the main focused in the sequel. Incredibly loved this sequel so much and loved how they honored the late great Chadwick Boseman. Our King, Protector and Avenger. For Chadwick.

Honestly, after the tragic death of Chadwick Boseman, I thought Black Panther couldn’t make another movie without him as he was the Black Panther character. When the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever came out, I thought what kind of a mess and over-tribute will be done to this movie, but what an incredible movie it turn out to be, and the tribute and surprise “Easter Egg” at the very end, well put it this way, my eyes were soaked but I weren’t crying! The Americans have surprised me this year with two movies: they aren’t known for their subtleties and know how to overdo emotions until it’s unrealistic in the real world, but Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Avatar: The Way of Water, what extraordinary sequel movies they are

I swear, that scene during the memorial montage showing T'Challa walking into the throne room at the end of the first film makes me so sad. Chadwick just had this confidence, this swagger, and this charisma. You could tell Marvel had massive plans for Chadwick and he was going to be the next Tony Stark/Steve Rogers-like figure that holds everything together going into the next saga. Such a shame we will never find out exactly what was in store for Chadwick and T'Challa's character. 😞

Today is the anniversary of my sibling's death, exactly four years ago... but strangely, today I didn't cry as I usually do... I feel numb... Then my daughter asked me to watch this movie... At first, I refused because honestly, I'm not a fan of comic book movies... but in the end, I watched it anyway... As the movie began, suddenly my heart started to feel sad while watching the burial scene where everyone was wearing white clothes, just like during my sibling's burial four years ago... Then when the queen asked her daughter, "What day is it?" and her daughter answered that it's the day her older brother died... My heart became even sadder because today is also the day my brother passed away... I continued watching the movie until it was almost at the ending scene where the younger sibling burned her white clothes while imagining the moments she had with her older brother. At that moment, my tears burst out, and I cried until I couldn't breathe... because I truly felt like I was witnessing a loving sibling relationship, like the bond between Princess Shuri and King T'Challa, like my relationship with my late brother Marvin... This is the first Marvel film I've watched, and it succeeded in making me cry and mourn... Perhaps it's time for me to let go of my dear brother's departure, just as Princess Shuri did... Rest in peace, my beloved brother, until we meet again in the next life... In loving memory : Marvin Giovani Fajar Gautama Wardana, sunrise 9-5-1978, sunset 1-6-2019…

I remember when the Black Panther came out in to theaters in 2018 and I was so excited to see it. I suffered a severe car accident (that wasn’t my fault) and ended up in the hospital for injuries. I missed the movie and my license was suspended due to health related issues. I was so sad and upset that I missed the movie at that point. In 2020 it was released on cable and I finally watched it, it was so good and amazing 🤩. It was the week Chadwick died and I watched it in his honor. The reason I didn’t see it after I got the approval to drive again is because at that point in 2018 I lost my job, had no money and my car was gone. This movie was alright but I loved the first one better because it had the one and only Chadwick.

My cousin died a month before this movie came out. Watching it was cathartic, especially with the added factor of Chadwick’s passing as well.

This film helped me recognise I never dealt with my grief properly after my grandfather died. That montage of Chadwick combined with the silence made me cry for the first time in a long time.

I still can’t believe he’s gone. Chadwick was special. And I was one of his biggest fans and I still am. I still watch a lot of his movies. And his death still really saddens me. Entertainment is not and won’t be the same without him.😢😢😢

The hardest part of losing a loved one... especially a parent...sibling...child...is when you have to sit with yourself. The silence is deafening...like you're listening for their voice, them breathing, or just a heartbeat. Bless all of you who have lost such a person. 🖤🙏🏿😔
