I love the village scene in the middle. A lot of animations like this are pure combat, but this one took the time to show us the peaceful life that these people are fighting for. Along with all the unique player designs, it drives home that these people aren't just warriors, they're a community. Fighting for their homes and the people that they love. For those everyday things, like playing with a dog, or laughing over spilled soup.

The illagers arenβt actually bad, theyβre just getting revenge on the villagers that banned them from the village for doing adventurous experiments, like experimenting with life and death, which explains the evokerβs attack mechanics and itβs totem of undying, for the pillagers, they were probably trying to adventure and explore new things, and the village forbid it and they should βaccept life as it isβ and not do anything extreme. Vindicators, ravagers and vexes were probably experiments of the illagers, turning kidnapped villagers into them, and most likely the allay into vex. If the villagers never discouraged them, they wouldnβt have been raided.

In fairness, a dark oak wood door does seem sturdy and sizable enough to be used as a defensive item, easily blocking attacks as seen there, while also having long enough reach to be used offensively, to smack and potentially daze opponents. A pretty balanced weapon in those categories if you think about it.
