I'm listening to this great rock song in 2024. This was the start of the renaissance of Finland after covid. Blind Channel, The Rasmus, Kaarija and (Eurovision 2024 has to start when I'm writing this) Windows95man. All brilliant and unique in their own way. Eurovision in the early 2020's would have been really different without Finland.

The best moment from the whole competition in my opinion was when they were revealing public votes and they went to Finland, and after many zeros and under one hundreds, they got the first big score of 218 and went to first place for a few sweet moments. I'm so proud of my boys, they deserve the world xxx

Sounds exactly like the studio version, they didn’t miss a single note.

The members of Blind Channel headbanged and sang along to Måneskin's song after Italy won, so cute... It really almost feels like they both won because there's so much energy in both of their songs. The jury only likes sleeper songs or manufactured sounds with cliched messages, clearly.

This sounds like a modern worldwide hit

2021 was the best Eurovision ever with so many good songs I still listen to on a daily basis. Finland as personal favorite. Italy, ukaine and iceland were also amazing.

And the meaning of the "middle finger" in this song is not about "up yours" type of symbol. The band gave an interview explaining it and they said they wrote the song as a support song for everyone who have felt they are outsiders. If others leave them out, bullies them because of how they look, act, comes from, sexual identity or for whatever reason even when you are just who you are then show them a middle finger and join the dark side and be happy being who you are. It is not your problem if others don't like you the way you are, it is a loss for others if they don't want to get to know you. If you are happy in "the dark side" then maybe it is not so dark place after all?
