Today, I'm going to make a cake with blueberries that both adults and children love because it's good for the body and tastes good.
I made a biscuit, put it on the edge of the cake, and put blueberry cheesecake inside, so it wasn't too difficult to make.
(You don't have to do perfect icing, so your mind will be at ease.)
And when I gave it a point with a ribbon, it was really lovely.
Biscuits are too stiff and tasteless if made incorrectly, but if you make them like in the video, you will be able to make biscuits that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
This time I made it using frozen blueberries.
Did you know that frozen blueberries are more nutritious than raw blueberries?
The reason blueberries work better when frozen than fresh is because they have higher antioxidant concentrations.
The anthocyanins in blueberry peels are better absorbed by the body when frozen.
And when anthocyanins meet acidic ingredients (lemon juice, yogurt, etc.), they give it a more red color.
So I was able to get a very pretty color purple without any pigment.
♥ About the efficacy of blueberries..
Blueberries are a representative antioxidant food.
Antioxidants such as anthocyanins, carotenoids, flavonoids, chlorgenic acid, and proanthocyanidins contained in blueberries inhibit bad free radicals and help prevent aging, prevent inflammation, and improve blood circulation.
It is also low in calories and helps in weight loss. It is rich in dietary fiber and promotes digestion.
So, if you are suffering from indigestion on a regular basis, I recommend it.
In particular, anthocyanins are the purple or red pigments that plants wear to protect themselves. Blueberries contain about 30 times more anthocyanins than grapes.
Anthocyanins are known to help improve eyesight and memory, and prevent colon cancer by inhibiting the absorption of sugar and cholesterol in the small intestine and preventing harmful substances from accumulating in the intestine.
It also helps with eye health.
There is a red pigment called loropsin in the human retina. If you use your eyes frequently, they gradually decompose and your eyesight deteriorates.
Blueberries reactivate this loropsin, which slows down the rate of vision loss.
If your eyes are often dull or tired, blueberries rich in anthocyanins can relieve eye strain and protect your eyesight.
Blueberries are dark blue in color, and the fruit should be tight and have a white powder on the surface.
The more the white fruit, the sweeter it is and the higher the nutrient content, so be sure to wash it leaving as much of the peel as possible.
Blueberries can be stored frozen for a long time.

150g cream cheese (2/3 cup + 1Tbsp)
35g sugar ( 2 Tbsp+ 2 tsp )
150g (3/4 cup) unsweetened yogurt
20g condensed milk ( 1 Tbsp+ 1 tsp )
9 g powdered gelatin ( 3 tsp )
45g water (3Tbsp)
260g heavy cream (1 cup + 1 Tbsp+ 2 tsp)
1/4 tsp Dijon Blueberry Liqueur
Blueberry puree (about 145g)
Filtered remaining blueberry pulp (about 60g)
