I always knew she wasn't the psycho that the media and Justin Timberlake tried to make her out to be. She was legit straight up attacked from every angle by everyone, including her own immediate family. The fact that she hasn't offed herself is, in itself, a testament to her amazingly incredible fortitude. The fact that she didn't stoop to their level is also a testament to her ridiculously strong morals and ethics. Not only is she insanely talented but she's an amazing human being.

The main point I was making was that because we're in a time filled with social media, celebrities are seen and heard from many many times a day personally through videos and posts they put up. But for those who lived much of their life before social media was common place, fame was extremely different. Before we had the ability to hear every random thought any given star had at any time during the day, we relied on seeing them in concerts, watching TRL, magazine covers, news stations announcing they would be coming to your city; all of this made every appearance feel absolutely incredible, like it was your one chance to actually see this person! It was just totally different and wanted to clear that up ^.^ Thanks so much everyone!

Britney used to be the biggest star on the planet, bigger than the planet itself honestly. It was insane. She didn’t behave the way she was now. She was so so so good on stage. Stage presence and music and music videos were insane. She used to be bigger than Beyoncé levels of fame. It was massive and maniacal. The paparazzi wouldn’t stop chasing her. Everyday we would just get live updates on the old school internet or print magazines of her life. There was this feeling that we couldn’t believe how she could handle the rampage 24/7 every single day. I used to think if I was her I would’ve committed suicide for it to all end and I rmb thinking she’s so strong for holding on and battling the tabloid media. Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton and Madonna and all these female celebrities were just always being pictured thru the lens of the paps. After awhile her performances got worse, music became more .. erratic? And for a good 7-10 years I rmb not being to accept that Britney wouldn’t perform the same way she did previously and even though i knew she had an injury it just didn’t add up why she was acting so strange. I couldn’t add it up. Like you know that odd feeling of knowing something is wrong with her but not knowing what. I concluded she was taking drugs or some thing to fuck around with her psyche. Now the truth’s out that she was medicated heavily and being under the complete control of the toxic people around her. Irreversible mental damage on her. I love her so much, 1999 until now. She sacrificed her entire psyche and personal life to give us entertainment and art. Forever praying for her. ❤Brit Brit
