When I saw once upon in America, I laughed my ass off when I watched the scenes of the Manson Family killers getting beaten to a bloody pulp, was because I remember as a kid watching the live news reports of the gruesome Manson Family murders and back then it traumatized the country and myself. So to see an alternate history where a young pregnant Sharon Tate survives and Justus is dished out with extra helpings on some of most evil people Who were in the news during my childhood was sheer joy.

As of Kill Bill Series, in case some of you have never watch Japanese bloody gruesome action movie, Kill Bill is a fine example of them. I have a theory for myself that is Kill Bill is a parody of that kind of Japanese movies.
