50 gr. butter 82%, soft
+ 200 gr. butter 82% for lamination
Patissier Custard:
150 ml. milk
30 gr. sugar
2 yolks
15 gr. corn starch
15 gr. butter
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla
100 g raisins
+1 egg for greasing buns
